Kobato Strikes Again!

Kobato watched as zane came with a punch, but was thrown off guards when he flash stepped behind him. he flew in the air from the kick, but while he was in the air he did a corkscrew and blocked the zanpakuto strike.

Zane followed up by smashing his right-foot into kabuto's gut while the zanpakto were locked in a clash. After that, he flash steped in-front of Kabuto while they were still in high speed air combat and attempted to kick him up into a higher point in the sky. Lastly, he finished by swinging his zanpakto up if the last attacks were succesful, and firing a large, ten feet wide energy slash from his zanpakto at him.

Kobato grabbed Zane's leg as the zanpakuto were still locked closely together, Zane's blade became hot to the point where it would burn Zane's hand. He then threw zane up into the air and as h tried to hit him Kobato flashstepped a coupl feet away as the reiatsu blast skimmed his arm. He then flew at Zane at relentless speeds and stabbed at his gut.

Zane continued using the intense spiritual pressure around his blade to block the heat of Kabuto's zanpakto. He watched as kabuto came at him at high speeds. Griping his zanpakto's hilt, Zane pulled his right-arm back and then lunged it for-ward throwing his zanpakto at Kabuto then wiating a moment. Once the blade was in range zane said in a silent voice," Burst," and a giant explosion of reiatsu went in every direction making a very wide-range attack that would be hard to dodge by most. After the explosion the blade would fall back down to the ground while the reiatsu still did damage to anything it made contact with. Zane then grabed the zanpakto by the hilt when it felll and awaited for the result of what the attack did.

Kobato saw zane throw his zanpakuto and when it exploded he smiled and slid his hand accross his face all the while drawing his hollow mask.

His hollow mask resembles a Wolf in its structure, but is different in many ways. It has one big horn protruding from its forehead. Kobato's eyes turn a brilliant shade of gold when he puts it on. The mask is white with a thick black streak going down the middle of the mask. It doesn't have a snout, but it does have the short pointy ears and the fangs.

When Kobato puts this mask on, his voice becomes slightly deeper and a little slurred.

He then was behind Zane and aimed a kick at his spine. He then muttered,"Burn in flames, let no one escape" and he twirled his zanpakuto in a circle. A ring of blue flames started to form around them both.

( I think the citys toast right about now... no way it's survived through this.)

Zane did a back-flip after being kicked so that he would land on his feet and facing Kabuto. " Hmm.. A vaizard. ," he said while obsearving the blue flames surrounding them. " I guess this might be half a challenge after all."

Zane held his zanpakto to the right and began to speak an incantation unlike a normal kido, infact, it wasn't a kido at all. "Heki, ba-suto ken, bure-do, yaiba."

After saying the last word of the incantation, small static sparks began to flow around his zanpakto and grow larger each second. " What your about to see is my zanpakto's strongest ability. It's power varries just as all it's other's do on the location of where the fight is taking place. It gathers up all the reiatsu it's absorb and unleashs it into a heightened state of power puting it at it's max for as long as it has enough reiatsu to substain. In this case... I'd say I can use it for about.ten minutes. ( 10 post) before itr's done. Now, prepare your self for the fight of your pathetic life."


In a instant, a wall of blue reiatsu unleashed from his body, sending violent waves of reiatsu in every direction. The radius of it, was however, three times as large as what it appeared as when he first activated his bankai. What was left of the city began to crack and explode from the high level's of spiritual pressure and the left half of his black zanpakto turned pure white.

" Now, let us end this."

Kobato flashstepped out of the circle of blue flames just as it finished forming. He then smiled and said,"Goodbye" and the circle of blue flames surrounding zane closed. He then sent 3 huge fire balls at him just in case it survived.

Zane quickly began to incantate one of his many kido by syaing the following phrase," Bakudo 138, absorb the surroundings and stabalize." A giant barrier of spiritual pressure then formed around him being constantly fed by his own spiritual power making a very formidable barrier to block near all of the flames. The barrier slightly cracked along the bottom leaving small second degree burns along his left leg and a section of his torso. After that, he saw the three fire spheres coming at him and unleashed another monsterous wave of spiritual pressurre. He forced his legs to lunge for-warde even with the recent burn and used his raw reiatsu to block the flames as he smashed into them. Zane swung his zanpakto down at a vertical angle sending a fifty feet in diamiter wave of reiatsu at Kabuto.

Kobato saw the barrier crack and he said,"You survived one of my strogest techniques... impressive". He then said,"Burn away my conflict!", and he began to control fire with his whole body. Smiling he said,"This is my second strongest attack". he then looked at the crack at the bottom of the barrier and raised his right hand towards Zane blocking the wave of reiatsu. He then sent a streamline of fire into the barrier. Not to break it but to fill it with fire and if the red flames got in ge would turn them blue. making them extremely hotter and frying Zane in his own creation.

Zane quickly realesed the barrier of his kido once notcing the flames and flash steped away from the fire ten feet in-front of Kabuto. " Hmm. Normally... I wouldn't result to this. But, considering my limited amount of time to finish this.. I guess I have to. Damn living realm and it's limited reiatsu."

A shroud of black reiatsu began to form out of thin air and surround his entire head. The energy melded together along the front of his head transmuted into a solid state. At the end result, the black reiatsu had formed a souless black hollow mask across his face.

The mask was odd, because unlike most vaizard masks, it was as black as night instead of the basic white color. It appeared as a basic hollow mask used by gilian with no unique shapeing.

After the mask was formed, Zane's eyes turned a dark-red color. The flowing spiritual pressure around him turned black with demonic power and it became painful to even come in contact with the reiatsu .

Zane began to speak in a deeper and slightly mmore twisted voice,"Time to die. " He vanished in a instant and re-appeared behind Kabuto before it even looked like he had vanished. With a demonic amount of reiatsu charged in his zanpakto, Zane slashed down virtically at Kabuto's back and unleashed a massiv blast of reiatsu that would smash anything near the strike back from just being near it.

Kobato smiled as zane appeared behind him and then as he swung down with his blade Kobato fire materialized out of thin air and blocked the strike. He then moved his finger towards zane and a huge fire blast shot out.

Zane moved his left hand in-front of the blast and easily blocked the entire thing with strength and reiatsu alone, causing the blast to explode and cause a smoke screen around them. While in the smoke screen, Zane flash steped away from kabuto and into the air. From there, he swung his blade down, unleashing a ten feet-wide energy slash down at him. Before it hit, Zane flash steped to a location ten feet to the east of him, ten feet to the west, north, and south of him firing an energy slash each time. His speed in doing this, seemed so fast, that all four slashs appeared at once the instant Zane vanished.

Kobato's fire materialized and blocked every attack Zane threw at him. He then held his index finger out so that it was facing towards Zane and shot out a stream of red fire. If he missed he would move his finger around as if he was controling a puppet in order to folow zane and try to hit him.

Zane moved his left-arm forward and pointed his pointer-finger directly at the flames and Kabuto. " Hado four, Byakurai," he said as a bolt of lightning shot out of his finger and headed at the flames in attempt to blast through them and hit Kabuto, since he put an extra amount of reiatsu in the hado to make the lightning twice as powerful.

As the spell headed towards his flames, Kobato made the flames blue in order to block the attack. He then started moving his hands around so that the flames resembled a tall puppet with a skinny body. He then now was controlling the puppet with all of his fingers. He then made the puppet dash at Zane with its hands behind its back and its mouth wide open.

Zane flash-steped around the fire-puppet and proceeded to run at Kabuto with high-speeds. The air around him moved back from the high speed and a lsight wind surrounded his body. When entering close-range, Zane pulled his right-arm back and waited another second for a moment to strike. When the time came, he lunged his arm forward at Kabuto's gut full strength with enough force to break down a small fraction of the giant walls around the soul society meaning, if the strike hit, it would do some formidable damage.

Kobato's puppet materialized in front of him so fast it was as if it flashstepped. The puppet blocked the punch, scorching Zane's hand but then dispersed. Kobato then said panting,"You took out my 2nd strongest move, but i'm running out of reiatsu, so prepare yourself".

Zane jumped back several feet from Kabuto, after having his hand burned and began to reply,: Heh, my reiatsu is still flowing and powerful. To bad I only have four minutes (four posts) left before it all goes away in a instant. I'll just have to end you before that happens." He then held his blade up into the sky and unleashed another burst of reiatsu from the blade, filling the air with black energy. Zane swung his zanpakto down to the ground, and iwth it, a massiv wave of reiatsu seventy feet high and three feet long, which was the biggest and most powerful blast he could make at the time, at Kabuto in attempt to end it in one last blast.

Kobato held out the flat part of his blade at the attack from zane and then sent out a huge blast of blue fire that resembled a chinese dragon. he kept sending them as he flashstepped to the left and right of Zane.

Zane swung his sword down and focused a large amount of reiatsu inside it. More black energy dispursed from the blade and in a moments notice, the energy burst in six different directions in waves of enough power to slice through the dragons but not enough to reach Kabuto. After this, Zane lifted his blade back up then flash-steped behind kabuto with his blade in-front of him. Zane quickly slashed the blade for-ward so the point was aimed at Kabuto's back. ( What ichigo did to byakuya when he 1st used bankai.)

Kobato turned around and blocked the strike in a quick motion. (What Zaraki did when he fought Byakuya). he then turned around and shot a huge blast shaped like a chinese dragon again. This was his strongest move and no way Zane would be able to keep up with them for long.

Zane quickly flash-steps ten feet back then swings his zanpakto, firing a burst of reiatsu to slice through the fire-dragon and then begins to charge all his reiatsu into his zanpakto. " Bakudo 135 Manifest and restrict." he said as he placed his left-hand down then released a slight amount of reiatsu. The reiatsu then turned into metal chains made of a reiatsu repeling substance that would come at Kabuto from all directions and try to restrict him.

The spell hit what was supposed to be Kobato, but was none other than his fire clone. The chains melted away at the heat and both kobatos aimed a blue chinese dragon at Zane.
