Misei Mukara is Kiro Mukara's little sister. When she was little she was exposed to an accident involving kiro and their parents. The accident killed their parents and gave Misei her inner hollow. Misei found out she had soul reaper powers when she passed out and her inner hollow gave her some thing that turned her into a Soulreaper. She now lives with Kiro and she sometimes follows him around or she kills time by doing something else. She likes to sing and she hates unnecicary fighting.
