Shikai:
The blade turns to a pure black color, as if it has become a pure dark state. It is pure darkness, but at the same time the light around it is an extremely powerful dense light which allows the blade to look black. The light is clear and acts as a wall to block out the light from the outside.
Bankai:
It causes Koddy to grow wings of Darkness, similar to how the Shikai works, tough compacted light which doesn't allow light to pass threw it. At this point two swords have also come into each hand, similar to what the Shikai looks like in each hand, but Koddy has the ability to change these swords at will, which gives them many looks. Also a "Shadow" which is 3D above ground of pure darkness which also has many many forms. Also it changes his eyes looks. Which makes them look like:

Ability:
Shikai:
Gives the ability to move parts of body around at will, which allows the body to move at extreme speeds. Also meaning he can detach and reattach parts of his body at will. This with it's own limitations. It takes a good 2 seconds for the abilities to work, so there needs to be 2 seconds between each "movement" of body at a time. That means if one moves the end of his fingernail, then he cannot move anything else back or forth of his body until 2 seconds had passed.


Bankai:
Koddy gains two swords, which can change in shape to any weapon, at will. Also his wings give him the ability to fly.
With this he gets a "Shadow" in which a pure blackness shaped like himself comes from the ground, except it does not have wings or weapons. This "Shadow" is nearly impossible to break and can change at will. To scale how much it can change into it, think 100 crows compacted together. Which also gives him the ability to make 100 Shadow Crows. But the person may change into a shield, weapon, floor, and has the ability to float. Although it is extremely heavy, so it is hard to move around, and can drain reiatsu while using it.

All approved but for the Ability Bankai how does it absorb reiatsu?

Extra Note: The name "Influence" came from the "Shadow" As in it is meant to be controlled, or Influenced into doing their will. As why the "Shadow" and Weapons can be controlled by will.
