Blue Skies An Endless Night

Kobato was walking silently through the endless deserts of Las Noches. The sky was a brilliant shade of blue and he thought that it would be a perfect night to come out with all the beautiful stars out. He was actually hoping to see Ichimei again. Since she was the only person in the world who's presence he actually liked.

Ichimei was going back to las noches again even though she really didnt want to. The sky was beautiful again today.

"Just like the last time I was here and I meet that guy.....what was his name" She was thinking really hard, to remember his name. She was walking and not really looking were she was going.

And she ran in to him

"ow...." She rubs her head She looks up to see him. Crap what was his name he is right in front of me and I can remember.

"hey watch it-", he started to say, but then he saw a familiar face. "oh sorry let me hep you up", he said as he reached down to help her.

Ichimei got up with the help of whatever his name was

"Um yeah sorry about that...." she looked at him then the ground them at him again

".....I really dont even know why i'm her again" she laughed

Kobato smiled and looked up at the sky. "Look", he said,"the same as last time".

She couldnt help but smile

"yeah I thought the samething" its odd she thought

"So what are you doing here again.....huh?"

"I don't know just wanted to be out here in the beautiful open spaces", he said looking at Ichimei," here come walk with me", he said holding out his hand.

Ichimei looked at his hand and was counfused

".....um ok" she took his hand

Kobato took her to a beautiful place where it had the most amazing view of the sky and the stars. "Sooo what do you think?", he asked.

Ichimei looked at the sky and then put her head down

"Yeah its fine,....." She looked at the ground

Then she looked up again

"Yeah before I forget,....whats your name again" She smiled

"Kobato", he said,"Kobato Banrai".

She smiled

"Right....." she looked at the ground

Im running out of things to do she thought

"What's wrong", heasked as he noticed that her smile vanished as she looked at the ground.

Ichimei looked at Kobato and then looked at the stary sky

"It's nothing....really" she smiled

"I guess you thought I would like this......sorry" she started walking way from him

I knew it was a bad idea coming her again...stuff thing I cant remember are making me sad....im so stupid.

"Wait", kobato said grabbing her by the arm gently. "Here", he said placing a small golden ring in her hand. "Whenever you need me just call", he then turned started to walk away.

Ichimei looked at the ring

"wait why would you give this to me....." she ran over to stop kobato

"Um...." she looked at the ring again and handed it back to kobato.

"I dont need anything....from people...i no thats not so geart to say but its the truth...so have it back"

"Are you sure?", he said,"just for comfort then". he then put it in her hand and closed her hand into a fist. he then turned around and disappeared...
