If you wish to move up in ranking you may challenge for that position. you can challenge anyone up to lieutenant in this topic and a fight will take place in the arena. The fight will be moderated/refereed by a 3rd party. If you win, you get to move up in rank. If you lose you stay, and have to wait another 3 days to challenge again.

Name: Portable Reishi Array P.R.A.

Description: A tank filled with reishi(spirittrons[particles])

What it does: it holds an amount of reishi, and converts that to electricity at a positive output.

Useful
Applications: Clean efficient energy capable of powering appliances, vehicles, weapons, and can substitute for use in reishi deprived environments such as the human world.

Name: Spirit Bank
Description: A small leather bag that when opened allows you to deposit and remove items.
What it does: Utilizes garganta technologies developed by Kisuke Urahara, knowledge of the dangai precipice world, and a persistent kido. This device opens a portal to a location in Soul Society that is on the far edge of the plain. The location houses many items and can be used as a bank for shinigami to store personal items, as well as holds items for the Gotei 13 military and the central 46 chambers.
Useful
Applications: This can be used to hold necessary items of a shinigami while in gigai, or to hold overly large items that are needed.

description: small disk with green buttion on top(pulser) two small orbs that fit in ears

what it does: emits large area sonic pulse that will knock anything out that isnt wearing the sonic blockers
