Name: Ęgirdór Biarnarson

Appearance: Ęgirdór is large and burly standing at 6' 2" and weighing at 248lbs. He wears a modified shinigami outfit with cut-off sleeves, and a pair of leather bracers. He has deep blue eyes, and short blond hair with a short boxed beard. Despite his look, he carries a fatherly atmosphere. When he is around, people can't help but calm down.
Personality: Ęgirdór, contrary to popular belief, is very loving. He cares for all of the people he is around, and will do whatever it takes to protect those people. Unlike most other shinigami, he doesn't mind the hollow and arrancar, only what they do. He is the peacekeeper, and the guardian. Ęgirdór though has a major flaw that plagues everyone. He is quick to anger and when his personal beliefs are under attack he will get very angry and aggressive. He tries to keep control but, if people do not tread carefully he will snap without any notice. Once he is enraged it is difficult to stop.

History/Background: Ęgirdór Biarnarson was born into one of the four noble houses of Seretei, and as such was involved in shinigami training at an early age. He was taught etiquette in both his social life and militaristic. He did not go through the academy but instead passed onto the ranks of the Gotei 13 through a ritual in which he had to live for a brief time in Hueco mundo on the sand plains for 7 days and 7 nights. He was originally registered to the 5th division and rose to through the ranks till he came to be a lieutenant. After several years he was moved to the 7th division where he holds high ranking. He has faithfully served Seretei for more than 500 years.
