We need battle rule's. Like if your going to fight there is a fair way that you can fight.

I agree. some of these battles have gotten out of hand, and are just ridiculous. That's also why i suggested power levels, it just makes it more organized.

Kinda the same here, like if your gonna auto dodge give a well thought out reason that makes sense. Also using the same auto-dodging technique through-out a fight should end.

Whatever happened to bounts,Quincy, and superhuman... Also we should be specific on flash stepping and kido.. But ive always wondered Can a Espada use Kido? since they have shinigami like powers :3? Thats something i been wondering

I would say no to the hollow using shinigami powers. Because they have cero's and pesquisa, and other things. Also an arrancer is supposed to be more powerful than a normal shinigami. And so shinigami have a wide range of kido to use to make up for that. Also I would love there to be more superhumans. I would have kept Maria as one, but I've been waiting for this, and she was too weak to play.

How do we use them basically? like i have light manipulation, How would i be able to fight with it? Like my char koni can manipulate light that is body creates would he be able to like make a spear out of it O_o?

I'm not quite sure. I would say that you can only change the physical properties of the manipulated object. Where as for light and fire, etc. that are non tangible, act like it is, and use it that way. No chemistry and changing elements (sorry bushido, I'm not targeting this at you).

For instance with Mizu, Jaken, and Ægirdor's water, I would say shape, desity, size, etc. are the only things we can do. So no turning things into bombs. You can still have an explosion from it, just not with fire, and such.

Also no using like a mixture of that element. doing like, blood control for water, saying there is water in blood, or affecting metal in earth control, because metal was once earth or something.

O_O Thats my entire arsenal LOL I'd just be a strong kido user with a weak Zanpakuto! And it's not necessarily making them bombs, it's more along the lines of transmuting one substance into another thing. It works like this: Liquids to a gas (easy) Liquids to Solid or Plasma (hard) Gas to Solid (Very Hard) Gas to Plasma or liquids (easy) Solid to liquid (hard unless ice to water) Solid to gas or plasma (very hard). Also I can't change other peoples objects into an element because well, thats autoing. Also fire and lightning can't be changed because they're from chemical changes, they aren't elements to say. They have no form. I can't control earth, but I can turn parts of the earth around me into something else, because it acts as a solid, but I can't like whirl it around like water.

I understand, changing the state of matter is a physical change. But water can be extremely powerful, if used right. In large volumes, it has tons of force and pressure. But changing the rain into nitroglycerin, is a little over the top. I thik it would be okay to change your substance, but very limiting. Like water is H2O. 1/3 oxygen, and 2/3 hydrogen. CH2 NO3 CHNO3 CH2 NO3 is the composition of what you are trying to create. It is alot more complex, and has Carbon, and Nitrogen in the mix. So i would say that it would be extremely hard, and even if you could break it apart and add in the nitrogen, and carbon, then you would still have to put it back together again in the exact pattern every time, this would be both time consuming, and exerting.

However, we are not saying you have to change anything at all. We are just trying to think of ways to regulate apps for the future.

I see what your saying, but in the same way Ichigo can wear a mask, fly around and shoot giant black energy beams at dead-yet-not-so-dead demonic like beast, is the same way H20 can easily alter it's chemical state into something else Rofl! Plus It's not like I over do it. But discussing my powers is another post, I do feel we should dive into how us Shinigami should regulate our powers. Like we should have like stated in the char apps our H2H, Zanpakuto, Kido, Flashstep and Swordsmen skills.
