Its a kido that protections you from kido attacks... But the flaw is it doesnt work against physical sword attacks or attacking kidos... ? Then it does nothing... Be more specific

she means it protects against mind abilities like illusion swords (Shinji's, and Aizen's) or neurotoxins, that paralyze your body, (like bakudo # 1 which locks your arms behind your back).
