It's Decided!

Alright people. It's finally over. Here you guys decided that we would create a new forum site. I will create it, and manage it, but I still need your help to make it a good site.

Things we need to discuss.

-Graphics theme

-forum organization and rules

-name change if any

-any other features, or whatever. groups, ranks, chat boxes, etc.

Say it here, and we can make a good forum, that we can all be proud of. But I want to let you know. If I ever make a mistake, or you feel I am making bad choices, and ruining things, tell me. I don't want to loose you guys. This endeavor is not so I can make changes or anything. In fact I don't think there will be many changes at all. But please let me know if I ever step out of line.

well i think that to make things clearer we should have one character on one account. Because it gets confusing sometimes to know who's playing who and when. well that's just what i think. still have everything we have here on this site and, well oh we need battle rule's. like you can only get hit x number of time until you can't fight anymore. Or something like you can only make an attack miss you 3-4 times or something...

Well in a real fight people are actually capable of dodging 3-4 attack its just some people tend to jump the gun with it by dodging big moves that we all know would actually hit. Sidestepping a slash downwards(capable) Sidestepping a kido (not capable). If more than one account is made you should list that character in you signature and make an announcement if you have more than 1 it will confuse people. And Lucon you havent ever stepped out of line and by the way things go i dont think that you ever will step out of line.

well yeah, for the battle stuff I'm thinking maybe a ranking system. like low/medium/high, or maybe a skill set thing like (high swordsman, low kido, High reiatsu, medium zan mastery, medium agility) or something like that.

but Neo, I was saying that, cause I don't want people to think I am trying to take over or anything, since I only recently was promoted. I am only trying to help the community, since we know it's going down the drain.

does anybody have ideas for a name, without that I can't even create the site. something like "The Bleach Rpg 2.0" or some new original name. Also I need comments on graphic layout and stuff, and I'l start working on that. The rules and stuff, can wait.

I have a system for the power

A idea I have is tier mixed with stats.
Everyone gets 100 stats, no higher, no less, and they can seperate them into several catagories ( depending on race)

The tiers would be

5- such as reguler humans
weak
medium
strong
4- such as seated shinigami or gillian
weak
medium
strong
3- such as Vice captains or adjuhas
weak
medium
strong
2- such as captains
weak
medium
strong
1- these would be the strongest captains or 0-4 espada
weak
medium
strong
0- gods of bleach such as the captain commander, Aizen with hogyoku fused, and the Vizard Leader

weak
medium
strong
event level ( Exclusive to event characters)

So like this a 0-W vs a 0-W would be determined by stats, if one was faster then the other in stats so it would be.

While 3-S vs 2-W would varri. 3-W would be five higher in each statistic for example
say the 3-S was at 25 speed and the 2-W was at 25. The 2-W would be 5 speed faster.
Basically, each tier has 3 ranks, weak, medium, and strong. the next tier up weak is stronger then the lower tier strong.
For each rank higher, the higher's stats would be like 5 higher then the lower ones.
For example, a 3-M with 70 speed would be as fast as a 0-M with 25 speed as 0-M is 9 ranks higher and 9x5 - 45 + 25 = 70

interesting idea. I like it, though wouldn't it be reverse order 0-5 0 being weak and 5 being strong? it just makes it simpler, and less confusing. But maybe have more points as you go up, because then you would have a (0) be as strong as a (5). but maybe get an extra

I would think the thing would be more like this.

0- Human- no knowledge of spirits whatsoever, can be killed by mere contact with high spiritual pressure.
1- Spiritually aware, training shnigami, medium sized hollow- knows about spirits, and can fight like a martial-artist level.
2- seated officer, awakened human, gillian- know shikai, have special powers
3- vice captain, adjuchas- know shikai, may have bankai under special circumstances
4- captain, high adjuchas arrancar, very young vasto/vasto under hokyuku, young vizards- know bankai, have ressurecion
5- captain commander, 0 squad, veteran vizards, natural vasto lordes- very powerful
E rank- Event character- can not be killed, unless for furthering of plot, may have varied strength, or whatever.

So what is your guy's opinion on cannon characters?

How bout "Bleach: End of Souls" ? maybe have a toxic green, and UV purple scheme?

I would say only allow some
Say it's like 500 years after canon and the BS factors are gone Like Aizen, Iichigo, etc.

Yeah Aizen, Ichiga, Yamamoto, Yurichi, Kisuke, stuff like that oh yeah and freaking Soifon with that cheap ass Shikai lol. Kill anything in 2 hits.

Okay so do we have like an estimated time on when the site will be made?

Im working on it right now. And I don't really want to put it up till it's completely working and usable.
