In this form she is allowed to burrow underground, also she is able to use the earth as a speed booster for her charging attack at high speed.
Second Form Release and Command: "Cry and Despair Tsuchi Doragon" Shoutan crys blood when she says this then four colnums of stone surround and cover her. Exploding the pillar will shatter and she will appear in a black armour with emerald green designs of dragons. Her hair is spiked and she has horns and a dragon tail. In this form she simply uses hand to hand combat. The reason is that in this form she as the ability to control the earth such as create boulders from particles of dust in the air. Her final attack is raising a large amount of rocks down on her opponet like a meteor shower
