ok now kiki you need to abandon spirit energy for now and use body energy it is much harger to control but it is thicker and slightly more powerful and you have to eat too replenish itusing this energy will make you stronger without changing the way you look

now Manny when the energy is at your hips foucus it into a ball then out put more energy as you relese it
