She then pushed her hand through Kiro's body, leaving him unharmed, and lets go of the hollow's soul inside of Kiro, as she then pulled her hand out.

it will create a time dilation field speeding up time for him until he gains control it even gives off energy hollows cant use but he can so MOVE the power moves to his hands
