he's back and very stronger.

Everyone's favorite captain is back. He was standing on a high balcony over the Battle Arena and jumped. He began to let some of his reiatsu leak out so someone may sense him and come.

Mizu Burke had nothing else at the moment to do than have a sparring match with somebody, so from the Heavens he appeared in one flashing motion unto the battlefield. "Hey let's spar!"

"Sure", Syn said assuming a his battoujutsu stance. His legs were bent and his body was slightly twisting in Mizu's direction. He had his right hand hovering just above the hilt of Sanshou. Syn had his eyes locked on Mizu and kept them there as he wasn't going to hold back. Showing no signs of that he was going to move, Syn quickly pulled out his zanpakuto. He stepped forward with his right foot and taking an extra step forward with his left foot, he was provided with an instantaneous burst of speed and power. Syn was rendered almost completely invisible, as he neared Mizu. His blade aimed for his chest. This all happened in that one second. This was the reason why he was the 2nd Division Captain after all.

The Captain was indeed fast, appearing in front of Mizu in almost a split second, but being a new guy he didn't know exactly who Mizu was or what he was good at. Mizu sensed his spiritual energy the second his feet began to move and once the Captain striked Mizu would use his sheath to counter the blade and slide back. He point his finger at the Captain and fire a Hado 4: Pale Lightning without even saying it's name. Now though its not a kill shot at this rate, it can push the captain back knocking him of guard.

(That's like not possible to do it without saying the same.)

Syn would look at the guys finger and as it virtually did nothing to him, he would smile and duck down, going for a sweep kick, he would then kick upwards towards his chin. This would be a set-up for his aerial assault.

Once the sweep kick landed Mizu would fall forwards, but the kick to the chin would help him gain his balance as he used his hands to block the attack and push himself off of it. He'd then begin to aim a dropkick to Syn's chest and if hit it would knock him back a couple feet allowing Mizu to do a backroll.
(It's never happened so we don't know yet Muhahaha)

Syn would do a coin drop, as the drop kick came and as Mizu landed he would then bounce back up and stomp down, to crack some ribs. Syn would then aimed a concentrated punch down on Mizu. If it hit, it would break about 3 more of his ribs.


(A coin drop is a break dance move in which the dancer, drops onto his shoulder and bounces back up. You may or may not have seen it before. But I think you have.)

Syn's was again a fast and agility use full Captain. He preformed a B-Boy move to avoid an attack and rose quick enough to attack Mizu mid-air. Mizu wouldn't be able to completely counter this move, so he did what he could. He used his sheath again to block the first attack, but the force of the attack still bruised his chest and stomach, but the second attack was easier. When the punch came Mizu put his sword behind him, using it as a means off balance as he would use his legs to grab Syns arm (that he punched with) and if he succeeds in grabbing his arm he would flip Syn to the ground and have him in an Arm bar submission lock.

Syn let out a faint gasp as he was quickly turned over. He hadn't expected this to happen, this guy was good enough to get into the 2 Division. Syn hadn't ever been trapped like this before. Syn had no means of getting out, so he decided to use force. He gave Mizu a small punch to the thigh and wriggled his arm out of his grasp. Standing up, Syn jumped about 2 yards back. "Want to make this more interesting?" Syn asked.

Mizu recovered from the ground and looked at his foe with gleeful eyes "Of Course! Show me what you've got Captain." he would say removing his top with his 12th squad LT. badge on it. Mizu was sure if he beat this Captain he would be able to become a Captain himself. Which is why he will put everything he has on the line in this battle. Mizu spread his legs wider in a defensive position and would look onto the Captain ready.

Syn smiled and holding his blade out in front of him he said,"Rip Sanshou!". Syn's blade was covered in lightning now. He then was behind Mizu and aimed a slash straight down at his back. Syn then would jump into the air and aim down a lightning strike from his blade. He then would look to see if what he had done worked as this guy seemed really good.

As soon as Syn would begin waking his blade Mizu would do the same "Rise like the Tides... Tidal!" his blade would split into two katana's. Once black and one blue and he would turn to block the slash and dodge rolls quickly away from the lightning bolt. Mizu would grin and clash his blades together creating more water, he'd then fired a steam wave at Syn with force.

(You never dodged my first slash)

Syn's blade easily cut down into the back of Mizu. His blood started to pour out of his back. Mizu however still had lots f strength left in him as he dodged Syn's lightning bolt. Man were these Lieutenants on steroids lately? Syn however didn't ponder on that long as Mizu fired a stream of water at him. Syn ducked under it and sped ahead going for a straight jab with his blade. If it hit it would easily slice through Mizu's stomach.

((I thought the slash and the lightning bolt were both one attack))

Mizu was slashed down his back after misreading an attack from Syn, it hurt but he didn't think much of it, the attack was shallow. After the dodge roll and steam fire he watched as Syn easily dodged his the steam attack, this allowed him to counter the attack. Syn's blade went straight towards Mizu, so he would block with one blade and counter with his other blade by slicing towards Syn's leg and if hit it would drop him to one leg. Allowing Mizu a knee to the face.

Syn plainly saw the next attack to his other leg, so he did a twist in midair and sent a lightning blast at Mizu from point blank range.

Mizu shunpo'ed into the air, slightly dodging the lightning bolt, but stayed in the air where he created more water. He would Senka past Syn preforming his attack, in which he begins to turn the air in the opponents lungs into water. Which won't drown the Syn, but will knock him off guard if it hits him, Mizu would have cast the water he created while in mid-air around his body while preforming the Senka though to act as an armor type.

Syn dodged the Senka? He then aimed a lighting bolt at the water armor. That was pretty much the dumbest move he could make.

Mizu grinned, now it was time to kick the fight up a notch. While passing by Syn with the Senka he would fuse his sword making one brown Katana and dive out from the armor forwards turning the water into something... flammable. With the armor in close-range, the lightning would strike the gas causing an explosion all while Mizu puts a small Kido barrier around his body in protection.

(You have to chant the kido dude.)

It's a Kido barrier you don't chant them, you just create them.
