If your sure about your character then I'l approve you. otherwise you may want to wait tilol you get further in the series.

Please do. I don't care if i'm a low rank. I like being pretty low, and learning things- and make things a bit more interesting, instead of possibly bragging about me having the highest rank or something lol

That's good. You can choose whether to join a squad, or become a rouge. (by the way both 12th squad, and 7th squad need members lol) Though you may die soon, seeing as how everybody wants to be uber powered. (my first character was lieutenant and was weak compared to everybody else he fell into a coma shortly after joining).
