Effects: Interferes with the brains nevous system, giving the caster complete control of the user's body. The person being targeted by this spell has control over their lungs, speech and other vital organs but none over the rest of their body. user can make their target turn against their allies, dance,...start into a run, throw themselves down a hallows throat.....and other dark deeds.

Flaw: caster must make hand contact 7 seconds after saying the spell or else it will have no effect. once user has made hand contact person cannot break eye contact or the victim can counter the spell and have control over the person who casted the spell on them.

Only you know of this move.. You can teach it to others.. But please add how long it takes for the kido to wear off and, No they cannot commit suicide thats GM so control over lungs and suicide are out of the question.. Denied until you specify it

Yeah, no complete control. You can make it similar to one of the illusion zanpakuto, and control a sense, but no more than two.

This is just my personal opinion, and you do not need to change it for this, but I would think that a kido of this kind would be a higher level. I also think it would be a forbidden technique, because it's too easily abused.
