personality: Koni is the other half of neos portectve and nice side he claims to be the rightfull and more devoted leader of all the hollow and arrancarr. He is a man of great integrity but he loves to destroy things he and neo made the dementia and mania cannon which led Koni to have a more destructive outlook on soul reapers and he thinks they are pitiful and weak
appearance: Koni sports a long red coat and has a long sword made into his arm for protective purposes he also has chain on his arms to show the weight of the sins that he carries for himself and both neo..
Skillzz: Being the alter ego of neo doesnt mean he cant escape his mind and keep part of neos essence.. Koni has several abilities
Light manipulation.. Koni can manipulate light that he generates from his bodies "Heart" and use it to a certain extent
Light Grenade: A simple ball made of neos cero that is thrown and explodes on impact
Light rotation: A ball of light is formed in Koni's hand and he can smash throw almost anything with the ball but the ball cannot leave his hand
Light Shield: A shield of light encases Koni but from 3 attacks will instantly diminish
Light regain: Allows Koni to regain his reiatsu at a constant rate that is lowly but Koni must not be movign in order to perform this.
History/Background: Not much is known only that he resides inside of Neos body
