After reading a few things I can noticed that Vizards are Shinigami's who have illegally gotten there hollow powers, thus cannot be in SS anymore. So I have came to conclude that this rule must be put into play:
Remember, if you have converted from Shinigami with Hollow to Vizard, you are not in SS anymore, thus you can't be a Vizard and be a part of SS.
Although, if an admin happens to disagree with what I have to say than you are welcome to say that this rule is not going into play.
