Strolling along the street neo walks about. he comes to a crowd. theres a politician. He speaks of change less government funding. The ears of the populace perk up. Neo plans what his first move. (sooo short intro)

IC: Leaving Kiki sleeping in her bed Brandon flys out for his patrol of the city while Kiki slept. the calm night felt like an oncoming storm was brewing and he wanted Kiki as far away from it as he could get close before it erupted.

after a hard day at work, it gets hard to stay awake, and Lucon was left sleeping in a tree. His left foot dangled out, and his breathing was heavy and loud, almost to the point of snoring. birds hopped about the ground, scattering into the tree above when people walked by, causing Lucon to flail about in his sleep. During one of these he moved too much, and the leg that was now halfway down the tree, gave in, and dragged him down onto the sidewalk below, causing him pain, as he startled awake. Dammit, not again, stupid birds. He stood up, and dusted him self off, before he reached out and grabbed him backpack. He reached inside, and pulled out a rather large PDA, and sighed as he checked the moments statistics. It was 10:00 already, and he had a few reports of hollow in the area. He put it away, and slung his backpack over his shoulder, before he shunpoed away towards his destination. When he reached, he reached behind him, and pulled out his sword, something that was obviously too big for the bag, seemed to just slide right out as if there was infinite space inside. He dispatched the hollow, and then returned the sword to its place. He rubbed his cheek, and slowly walked out into the main street, where a diplomatic meeting was taking place. He rolled his eyes. Humans and their unnecessary politics. I's all lies and false promises. He caught something that interested him, and he took a recorder out of his pocket, and began recording the speeches.

Neo looked around surveying his surroundings. He slowly walked towards the center of the stage. The politician saw neo and made an announcement "Ah, here today is our guest speaker, A man of many words, one not to be trifled with. Mr.Lalo!" As Neo took the front stage everyone clapped and cheered. He was adorned in a vest and khakis something you wouldnt expect a person to be wearing. Especially an arrancar. "Good Morning to you all. I cannot make false promises of change, what i can do is contribute, I can help restore this city to what it once was, I can help to protect from the villians and creatures of the night. I will make it my goal to lower the crime rates, rebuild schools and to help expand our volunteer organizations and get the youth more involved." Neo took a brief pause before continuing "Im not forcing you to do anything, what i want you to do is believe and have faith in the words i say. My opponent speaks of immediate change, More employment. All within months even days. This indefinately is possible, but does he truly have the skills to complete all this? Raising taxes to do this when there was a scandal by the last tax raises in which YOUR money was taken from the top.. Think about this"

Brandon flashed next to Neo and hid behind the backstage where the humans couldnt see. but not before brandon whispered something in neo's ear. Long time no see Neo-bozu when youre done here i have a favor i need to ask of you.

Lucon stopped when he heard Neo's plans to reveal the spirit realm. What is he thinking? that would be catastrophic. The spirit realm is kept hidden from humans for a reason. They aren't revealed cause the humans have no respect. replied a sinister voice. The spirit king would never allow such a thing. A musical voice of a female spoke. Humans don't respect their own planet, why would they respect the spirit king? I know. It's crazy... In a moment, several shinigami, all looking the same , each with a glowing green sword appeared around the couple behind the stage, all with swords drawn. Lucon spoke out. Brandon senpai, please step aside. This man intends to reveal the spirit world to humanity. And humanity is not ready for such an event.

"Seems someone is a bit uneasy with mine actions..." Neo snapped his fingers and the curtains on the stage fell. This inturn would reveal Neo,Brandon and Lucon. Of course with his intent everything fell silent and everyone stared at Neo,Brandon and Lucon "As you were saying.. ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! if she knew i left her to fight in a crusade against setians she would run away to my pet and that thing cant keep his moods strait around her. and as for revealing the spirit world... thats not a big issue right now. the whole of physical reality as the humans know it will turn into a bloody snake infested hell where demons roam free and spirits hollows even shinigami will cease to be and only the demonic powers of Set will be left to the humans. if you want to survive we ALL have to work together. and as for the king as the founder of his royal guard i am given a certain leeway in the way things work in the universe. in other words im calling the shots.

Brandon thought for a moment about how to describe Set and his 'religous' followers but the only thing i could think of was... unstopable. the more humans they convert the more power set has to draw upon as his power. he can convert the entire human race except for the ones with altered DNA that give them abilities. like the fullbringers, quincy's, and substitute shinigami. soulreapers and hollows are also immune which is why they will be wiped out the instant set revives.

He was but the time of his awakening is drawing near. they crave the power of a yakashini to maximize thier power and become an even more pestelant plague on this world. look about a year ago he woke up and me with a bunch of superpowered humans and aliens fought to seal him back in his sarcophagus it took almost everything we all had and most of the heroes were out of energy and a few newer heroes died from the battle.

He only held his hand for respect of the royal guard member. If Brandon trusted him, or at least tolerated him, he should as well. How do they plan to do all this, and what can be done to stop them? Adressing your Question... they have incedile physical power and their mental abilities can control matter energy even the wills of humans or shinigami even up to adchucas hollows. as a cult they are harmless seeking energy to revive Set but as an army they can wipe out captains with little effort. they arent durable but they are fast and strong.

so how do we stop them? Lucon repositioned himself, and as he did so, the remaning clones walked up to the one that was near brandon, and morphed into one body. Ooh that tingles. samuel chuckled inside his head.

These are mental communicators, that are instantaneous, and can cross dimensions. They run on a persistent reduced version of Bakudo 77, Tenteikūra.
